What is the Business Intelligence Portal?
The Business Intelligence Portal is a fully managed AI platform by Meraki Is Love. It combines three systems: a document-trained AI chat widget, an automated lead prospecting engine, and a social media distribution module that posts to six platforms from one queue.
How is this different from Intercom, Apollo, or Buffer?
Those tools each do one thing at $60 to $99 a month, and none of them talk to each other or know anything about your business. The Business Intelligence Portal does all three, connected and trained on your documents, in one fully managed retainer.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully operational within two sessions. From kickoff call to live system is typically five to seven business days.
What documents can I upload?
Any PDF: service guides, FAQs, pricing sheets, proposals, case studies, company overviews. The system chunks and indexes everything automatically.

Your documents live in an isolated tenant environment. Social media OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC. No data crosses tenant boundaries.
